Where do you deliver?+

We currently deliver to all valid addresses within the UK Mainland.

We do not ship to:

  • Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)
  • Isle of Man (IM)
  • Channel Islands (JE, GY)
  • Scottish Highlands & Islands (including AB, DD, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE)

How much is delivery?+

Delivery is completely free for all eligible orders shipped within the UK Mainland.

No hidden fees or additional charges will be applied at checkout.

How long does delivery take?+

Our standard delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are processed on the same business day. Delivery includes both handling (2–3 days) and transit (5–7 days).

How do I track my order?+

Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched. If you don’t receive it within 3 business days, contact us at info@stuffbox.co.uk.

I didn’t receive a tracking number. What should I do?+

Check your spam or junk folder. If still missing, contact our support team and we’ll manually provide tracking details.

How do I start a return?+

Email us at info@stuffbox.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll review your request and send instructions, including a return address and, if applicable, a return label. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?+

Inspect your delivery upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@stuffbox.co.uk with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.

We’ll arrange a resolution promptly.

Can I exchange an item?+

Yes, we accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be unused in original condition. Exclusions apply (e.g., custom items).
