Free Standard Shipping – UK Mainland

Eligibility:
Free standard shipping is available on all eligible orders delivered to addresses within the UK Mainland.

Delivery Days:
Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on a business day will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery Area

We currently only ship to valid addresses within the United Kingdom Mainland.

Excluded Locations:
We do not deliver to the following regions:

• Northern Ireland (BT)

• Channel Islands (JE, GY)

• Isle of Man (IM)

• Scottish Highlands & Islands (AB, DD, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE)

Orders placed for these areas will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.

Multiple Item Orders

Where possible, we aim to consolidate items into a single shipment. However, some products may be dispatched separately due to differences in size, weight, stock location, or availability.

Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to inspect their delivery immediately upon receipt.

• Damaged Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Faulty Items: Must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Ownership and Responsibility

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon full payment and successful delivery. Stuffbox Ltd is not liable for any damage or loss reported outside the specified notification periods.

Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch:
Customers may cancel an order, in full or in part, within 3 calendar days of purchase provided the order has not yet been dispatched. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After Dispatch:

• Customers may refuse delivery. In such cases, a restocking fee of 15% of the product price will be deducted from the refund.

• If the order has been accepted, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or collection. A collection fee may apply.

• Refunds for returned items are processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected at our distribution centre. The 15% restocking fee will also apply to these returns and will be deducted from the refund amount.
